Jon Ellen grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She attended fashion school in Long Beach, California and earned a BS Degree from MSU Bozeman. She met her husband, an Architect named Jim, in Denver, Colorado. They lived in Peshawar, Pakistan, Chicago, Covent Garden in London, Jackson Hole and finally Livingston, Montana since 1992. They both love Montana's rugged landscape, unique wildlife and friendly people.
Jon Ellen started her real estate career in 1996 and studied under the experts who teach the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), International Collection and GREEN designation programs. Her clients benefit from the extra technical expertise she gained by obtaining these prestigious designations.
You'll find Jon Ellen volunteering on various projects within the Livingston community. She was President of the Stafford Animal Shelter from 2008-2010, President of the Livingston Rotary Club from 2003-2004, and served as President of the Livingston Area chamber of Commerce in 1998. She served as a tutor for adult literacy students enrolled in the Learning Partners program, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Livingston Mercantile -- Livingston's community owned family department store.
